Problem:
Facebook wants to celebrate women making history together for Women’s History Month, but women are tired of the cliché, saccharine messaging surrounding the month.
Insight:
Facebook has countless groups of women coming together around real, badass, unapologetic topics.
Idea: Ode To Her
So we made anthem for women by the women in these groups.
On International Women’s Day we shared this kick-ass ballad to women on Facebook’s own social channels and for the rest of the month we asked women on the platform to share their thoughts and opens on real topics surrounding the month.
